A regular mindfulness practice is helpful for people with a range of physical and mental health challenges including stress, isolation, burnout, anxiety, depression, pain, illness, and existential concerns. This work and my own commitment to it is grounded in an understanding about what humans need to feel safe, responsive, and empowered to transform things, inside and out.
MBSR is an 8‑week/9‑session course with teacher‑guided formal and informal mindfulness practices. It supports awareness and presence, fostering an accepting, compassionate attitude toward our inner and outer experiences and the flow of daily living.
Our hectic, fast-paced life means our attention is easily divided by competing demands. Finding calm and steadiness matters more than ever. MBSR helps us cope.
I work with organisations, schools, nonprofits, and individuals across Hong Kong to offer thoughtful mindfulness programmes designed to meet the needs of the people they serve.
