A path back to balance, clarity, and ease

MBSR Hong Kong · 8-week course

Supporting you to meet stress, health challenges, relationships, and daily life with greater steadiness and compassion.

Foundational course

For more than 40 years, it has supported people worldwide in navigating stress, anxiety, chronic health conditions, work pressures, and the everyday challenges of being human.

Developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is one of the most well-researched and respected mindfulness programs in the world.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the original 8-week evidence-based mindfulness course to reduce stress and build resilience, so we can live with more presence.

Work pressures, relationship, challenges, health concerns, constant mental busyness, or simply the sense of always being “on” can leave us tired, disconnected, and reactive.

Sometimes we realise we’ve been running on autopilot for a long time and would like a gentler way to meet life's challenges.

Through mindfulness  you learn how to become a better friend to yourself, as well as strategies to manage stress, anxiety, relationships and many of the challenges we are asked to show up for.

MBSR is a life-changing mindfulness program steeped in the practice of attending to the body and mind.

Many people come to mindfulness because life feels too distracting, full, fast, or overwhelming.

Why mindfulness?

Often, what people are really looking for is not dramatic change, but a little more ease. They're looking for ways to steady their emotions and move from reactivity, to find patience with loved ones or colleagues.

Many seek mindfulness desiring clearer thinking and a way to turn off, find rest, or experience better sleep.

Some people want to manage stress, pain, or illness, which is possible, while others simply would like the ability to pause and breathe.

Mindfulness offers practical ways to relate differently to stress, thoughts, and emotions. You discover how to live with more understanding and compassion and how to make choices that are nourishing to yourself and others.

So your daily life feels more manageable, meaningful, and balanced.

You may be experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, or health challenges, or simply wishing to reconnect with yourself. No meditation experience is needed — just an openness and a willingness to explore gently, at your own pace.

ThisMindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is for anyone curious about living with greater awareness and compassion.

This course isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about learning how to pause, pay attention, and meet your experiences consciously, and with more kindness.

We begin with a pre-course conversation to ensure the programme feels right for you.

The course includes:

  • Eight weekly guided group sessions
  • A dedicated Day of Mindfulness retreat
  • Formal meditation practices (body scan, mindful movement, seated practice)
  • Everyday mindfulness tools for work, relationships, and health
  • Audio recordings for home practice
  • Course workbook

You are also encouraged to practise daily between sessions, helping mindfulness become part of everyday life.

What to expect

What I discovered wasn’t a quick fix, but a steady, compassionate path back to myself — one that continues to support me every day.

If you feel curious about this journey, I’d be very glad to practise alongside you. And if you’d like to talk first, I offer a complimentary 30-minute conversation to explore whether this course feels supportive for you right now. Fill out the form and I'll be in touch.
