Regular practice supports mental health and overall wellbeing, and it’s often easier (and more enjoyable) when we gather to steady one another in the simple commitment to slow down and breathe.

You are invited to let go of habits from daily life. Free yourself from devices and casual speech, in nature, alongside others who are retreating mindfully and kindly.
Whether you are experiencing your first retreat or deepening your existing practice, you'll be guided through a range of mindfulness practices including guided sitting meditation, mindful walking, mindful working (outdoors or indoors), mindful eating, and relational mindfulness.
All practice groups and retreats are offered freely. If you would like to contribute, your support helps sustain the space and make it accessible to others, and I thank you.
Suggested contributions for practice groups are typically in the range of HK$50–100.
