Come and spend some time simply being — with your breath, with yourself, and with fellow humans doing the same. In a city that moves as quickly as Hong Kong, it can feel quietly radical to pause together.
Regular practice supports mental health and overall wellbeing, and it’s often easier (and more enjoyable) when we gather to steady one another in the simple commitment to slow down, breathe and be.

Our schedule will include sitting, lying, mindful movement, mindful eating, and mindful walking practices.
