Welcome to the New look Ingredients of Wellness

Retreat

March 19, 2026

Sometimes we feel like we are spiralling. Maybe the weight of all the things that are unravelling, in ways and directions most of us would not have expected, is having an impact on you. It’s easy to feel anxious, alienated, even angry …and I want to let you know that there are some other things we might do.

First, I want to welcome you to the new look Ingredients of Wellness website – a place of calm and tranquillity amongst the overload of information and busyness online. I invite you to have a look around and perhaps enjoy some of the free resources I am offering.

A BIG thank you to the wonderful Elle Kwan Studio for turning many thoughts and ideas into something so beautiful. Do tell me what you think…this is a website for our existing community as much as it is for welcoming new friends.

Now, what else might you do? In the midst of these feelings of annoyance and powerlessness, I keep coming back to my meditation practice. My practice helps me widen and deepen the lens through which I am experiencing things. It helps us to stay grounded and to act more wisely when action is required.

We are offering two retreats in the coming weeks that may support you to feel the ground, explore wise actions and best of all, disconnect from all that information for a few hours or days.

Day Of Mindfulness – April 19

This teacher-led Day of Mindfulness silent retreat is offered as an opportunity for graduates of mindfulness programs, previous participants of any of our programs, and those who may be new to meditation and mindfulness, to come together and practice in community.  Practice present moment awareness in a sustained and calming way.

Sunday April, 19 | 10am-4.30pm | Tung Chung

Pause and Relax Retreat in May

Enjoy a weekend of mindfulness practice in a supportive and calm environment, inviting us to let go of our usual habits of daily life.

We share space with nature and with other retreatants who are also practicing mindfully and kindly.

You are welcome whether you are experiencing your first retreat, or wanting to deepen your existing practice.
